Energy and power containers generate a lot of heat inside and require refrigeration throughout the year. However, refrigeration air conditioners are designed and matched for summer temperatures. Refrigeration operation in transitional seasons and winter environments will seriously damage the lifespan of the unit. Therefore, special air conditioners have been specially designed to enable the product to operate stably and reliably in cold environments.
Energy and power containers have high equipment density and limited space for air conditioning. Operating parameters, setting parameters, and port status are highly readable, providing excellent human-machine interaction capabilities. The highly reliable microcomputer controller has strong anti-interference capabilities and EMC compatibility. The controller surface is coated with a three-proof paint according to IPC-CC-830B standards, effectively preventing corrosion from moisture, salt spray, weak acids, and weak alkalis. The controller’s powerful functional drive capabilities and communication ports enable remote centralized monitoring and data exchange capabilities for multiple units in a network.
This dedicated air conditioning unit features an integrated box structure design for the outdoor side enclosure, completely preventing rainwater from entering the container and achieving an IP65 protection standard.
The air conditioning control system complies with strict EMC standards and has excellent resistance to 4kV power and signal pulses and surges. It has good lightning protection capability and can also be equipped with additional accessories to meet the lightning and overvoltage protection capabilities specified in YD 5098-2005.
Specialized air conditioners are divided into two major series based on user application scenarios: land-based and sea-based.
