Outer Shell: Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, sturdy, durable, and aesthetically pleasing; coated with polyester powder for strong corrosion resistance; inner wall lined with high-quality sound-insulating and heat-insulating rubber and plastic material, resulting in low noise and minimal cold loss.
Compressor: An internationally renowned brand, fully enclosed flexible scroll compressor, industrial-grade configuration, high quality, low noise, and long lifespan.
Condenser: The outdoor unit’s condenser uses high-efficiency internally threaded copper tubes and corrugated reinforced aluminum fins made of hydrophilic film material, mechanically expanded to achieve high efficiency and reduce dust accumulation. The “L”-shaped coil design maximizes space utilization, resulting in a compact unit size and uniform airflow across the heat exchanger surface, effectively improving airflow organization and providing excellent heat exchange performance.
Evaporator: The indoor unit’s evaporator uses a new type of aluminum alloy evaporator instead of the traditional copper tube evaporator, completely solving the problem of phosphine gas corrosion of copper evaporators. The outdoor unit’s condenser uses high-efficiency heat exchange copper tubes, processed with aluminum flat fins using a mechanical expansion process. The fins have a large spacing, resulting in high heat exchange efficiency, good shock resistance, and strong dust resistance.
Fan: The indoor air supply motor uses a specially designed explosion-proof motor with sealed silicone seals. The outdoor unit uses an axial flow cooling fan. Specially designed high-temperature motor ball bearings, a high-fin aluminum alloy heat sink housing, over-temperature protector, and a top-brand external thermal expansion valve ensure excellent stability and reliability.
Safety: A full range of safety measures are included, such as phase sequence protection, high and low voltage protection, overload protection, and leakage protection, ensuring safe operation of the air conditioning equipment.
Control: The unit’s control system can be controlled by a microcomputer standalone unit or centrally controlled at a control center via standard 485 communication, fully meeting the needs of modern information-based grain depot construction.
