The new composite sandwich insulation casing

is made of outer with steel plate, middle with

polyurethane insulation(hard anti-flame mate

rial) and inner with high-quality FRP plate to

provide excellent anti-corrosion performance.

The surface of the inner and outer can prevent

dust accumulation and easy to clean.

The new composite casing can absorb vibra

tions generated by mechanical components,

reduce noise, effectively block the transmis

sion of noise in the cooling tower and prevent

high heat conduction to the surrounding

environment and prevent external radiated

heat enter the tower.

An anti-sand device is installed on the top to prevent

sand enter the tower that caused pipe block.

Optional intelligent VFD motor control system with

monitoring: energy-saving and high efficiency, VFD

regulation, closed-circuit regulation control, automatic

adjustment of motor power and fan speed according

to ambient temperature and chiller load.

The semi-closed water collection tank prevents water

droplets splashing out of the tower to increase the

humidity of the surrounding environment , effectively

blocks impurities and avoids direct sunlight on the

water to pollute the water system by algae and bac

teria, and easy to maintain the cleanliness of the

water system.

MR-E cooling tower is more suitable for the application of circulating water heat dissipation, including the natural cooling of air conditioning, refrigeration, heat storage system and the cooling of water in the condenser of these systems, it is widely used in the industrial and manufacturing processes to disperse waste heat.

• Working fluid (water, oil or other liquid) flowing inside of the coils, which is en-wrapped by spray water on the outside. The heat water is transferred by coil and become the saturated vapor when meet the water and air.
• The top fan can exhaust the heat out of the tower and water collected by the bottom tank and circulates continuously. The spray water is cooled down via PVC radiation fin when circulation and flow is the same direction with the fresh wind. The coil mainly takes sensible heat travel style.
• This style advantage is avoid scale formation on coil outside and this cooling tower will especially handle high temperature fluid (e.g. 60°C) or the fluid need big temperature difference (e.g. 60°C to 32°C).

• If the cooling tower is a natural inflow pool, the customer needs to increase the outlet diameter when ordering, and can also provide the sales representative with the relevant shape and layout when the water collecting tank is not needed.
• The cooling tower in the foundation dimension drawing will support the vertical weight of the inlet pipe shown only in the tower plane. All external pipeline loads, including the dead weight of riser and horizontal pipe, thrust and lateral load, must be supported independently. All pipes, supports and design are in the charge of others.
• Gas welding and electric welding are not allowed in the top of cooling tower. Pay attention to fire prevention.
• The cooling tower should be installed in a well ventilated place, and the air inlet of the cooling tower should keep a certain distance from the building to ensure that fresh air enters the tower, so as to avoid the backflow of hot and humid air discharged from the cooling tower affecting its thermal performance; The minimum allowable distance between the air inlet surface of the cooling tower and the building is related to the tower type and the number of assembled units. • The cooling tower should not be installed in the place with hot and humid air and dust as far as possible; And it should be installed in an open field, so as to avoid noise expansion caused by sound reflection.
• The construction foundation and the edge of the foundation should reserve a safety channel of ≥ 1000mm. If no safety channel is reserved, the protective net should be reserved as the basic safety guarantee for maintenance personnel.
• The cooling tower should be far away from the fire during installation and use; When connecting the cooling water pipe, be careful to prevent the fire of welding.
