The Sino-German (Taicang) Life and Health Industrial Park, leveraging the existing precision manufacturing foundation of German-invested enterprises, focuses on building a high-tech medical device and biopharmaceutical industry innovation base and a high-end pharmaceutical R&D service platform, concentrating on innovative drugs, in vitro diagnostics, medical devices, and precision medicine. The fourth phase of the Sino-German Innovation Park – the Life Science Park – is located on Guangzhou Road in the High-tech Zone, covering an area of 116 acres with a building area of approximately 140,000 square meters. It will construct multiple high-standard biopharmaceutical GMP-compliant workshops, and can also customize high-quality workshops according to enterprise needs. Together with the adjacent Connect Biotech headquarters, the Sino-German Life Science Park will form a large-scale health industry park with a total investment exceeding 5 billion yuan and an annual output value of 20 billion yuan, playing a vital role in leading industry development and promoting Taicang City's goal of building a 50 billion yuan-level biopharmaceutical industry.

The project uses 8 HON MING modular direct expansion constant temperature and humidity units, with a total cooling capacity of over 1000 kW, providing reliable temperature and humidity control for the Class 10,000 cleanroom of the Sino-German Life Science Park.
